Lollipop licker
Maker Faire Bay Area 2013 was full of wacky inventions, from a giant mousetrap to an oversized, exotic flowers made of masking tape. The annual faire, which launched in 2006, is "the Greatest Show (and Tell) on Earth — a family-friendly festival of invention, creativity and resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker movement," according to its creators. Here's a look at some of the cool creations, including this kinetic art depicting a tongue licking a lollipop. Credit: Mike Wall.
