How Much Exercise Does Your State Get? (List)

A new Gallup-Healthways poll ranks states by the percentage of people who say they exercise three times a week for at least 30 minutes.

Vermont toped the list with 65.3 percent of adults living in the state saying they met this level of exercise, while Delaware came in last, with 46.5 percent of residents reporting this much exercise. [Read full story on Gallup's poll on frequent exercise]
