US Cities Ranked by Exercise Rates: Full List
A new poll ranks nearly 200 U.S. communities based on the percentage of residents who say they exercise regularly.
The poll was conducted by Gallup and Sharecare in 2015 and 2016; and asked adults in 189 U.S. metro areas about their exercise habits over the prior week. People were considered "regular exercisers" if they said they exercised for at least 30 minutes a day, three or more days a week. Overall, the survey included more than 350,000 adults in all 50 states.
