Dr. Liu is a professor of neurosurgery, neurology and psychiatry at USC, with additional appointments in urology, physical therapy and biokinesiology, and biomedical engineering. He directs the USC Center for Neurorestoration and the USC Epilepsy Care Consortium. His work has been featured in leading journals like Science, Nature-Biomedical Engineering, and The Lancet.
