Karen Filbee-Dexter is a marine ecologist at the University of Western Australia, studying the drivers and patterns of long-term change in coastal ecosystems. Karen’s research has largely focused on drivers and patterns of long-term change in coastal ecosystems. Karen received a doctorate from the Biology department at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada, and previously worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Norwegian Institute for Water Research.
